How and when will my graduation products be delivered?
Graduation products will be distributed at your school on a designated day. The distribution date is typically during the month of April. Payment in full is required before products will be released to you.

How do I pay the balance of my product order?
If you have a balance on your order you may call our office to pay by Debit/Credit or by mailing a check or money order to our office. Our office will send you regular statements with balance due information. Complete payment must be received by March 15, 2018.

Does the Cap and Gown Unit include a tassel?
The Cap and Gown Unit includes all items required for your high school graduation including a tassel. Each individual school defines cap and gown unit style, color, etc.

What is included with each graduation announcement order?
Each graduation announcement includes the following:
  • Custom Graduation Announcement
  • Inner Envelope
  • Outer Envelope
  • Personalized Name Card
What options are available for graduation announcements?
The graduation announcement selection process is defined by each school. Some schools allow student leadership to select the official graduation announcement while others are selected by school administration officials.

How do I find my ring size?
Our representatives will bring a ring sizer with them when they visit your campus to take orders. However, you may call our office and request a plastic ring sizer be mailed to you.

How long does it take to get my ring after it has been ordered?
Average ring delivery time is approximately eight to ten weeks. Rings are delivered after your balance is paid in full.

What options are included in the list price of my class ring?
The retail list price of your Custom class ring includes all the options that are shown in the ring brochure. This includes: Stone and Stone Cut of your choice, Custom Activity/Mascot Side Designs, Engraving, and Personalized Side and School Bezel Names.

Is personalized inside engraving available for my class ring?
Yes, personalized engraving of initials is included at no charge for custom class rings. Full name engraving is available for a nominal fee.

How do I measure for my Cap & Gown?
Gown size is determined by a combination of the student’s Height and Weight.  Please make sure you have provided us that information on the Product Order Form.

When and how do I turn in my graduation product order?
Our sales staff will be scheduled to come to your school to take your order and answer questions (order dates vary by school). Additionally, customers are able to place their orders online at www.graduationorder.com. If you are unable to turn in your order at school on those designated dates or ordering online, submit by mail to: Achievers, Inc. 877 Commercial Street, San Jose CA 95112.

Why do I have to order my graduation products so early?
In order to keep costs down, our company submits a large group order to our suppliers, for each school. The prices that are in the initial graduation packet that each student receives are the discounted group prices. If you do not meet the deadline, your order will be an individual order and will be subject to higher prices and product restrictions.

When should I mail out my graduation announcements?
Graduation announcements are traditionally mailed out about 3 - 4 weeks before graduation. Each student will receive a graduation etiquette informational sheet when they receive their graduation order.

How do I get a refund?
You may receive a refund for all non-personalized items purchased. You must make your request in writing to our office on or before April 15th of the current school year.
